Prizes that have conditions or T&C’s
- House Wash
- Valid for 6 months (not Nov Dec); Valid 20 km from Chatswood.
- Can be used towards a larger clean if required
- Floral Arrangement
- $275 arrangement delivered to any winner Chatswood area; $150 arrangement if outside Chatswood
- Teeth Whitening
- Patients must be free of tooth decay and gum disease prior to the treatment
- Only available on Mondays and Fridays.
- Results can vary amongst individuals
- The dentist may advise that the treatment is not appropriate after consultation.
- Leisure Centre Voucher
- These services include memberships, personal training sessions, and Health Club (gym) or group fitness visit passes. Exclusions apply.
- The voucher will have a 6-month validity period for redemption.
