Every week on Sydney’s North Shore, a local choir announces its next concert, a community charity launches an appeal, and a neighbourhood group shares news you won’t hear on commercial radio. They all rely on airtime from Northside Radio FM 99.3.
Since 1983, we’ve been more than a radio station. Run entirely by around 120 dedicated volunteers, Northside Radio is where local voices, stories and music get the spotlight they deserve, broadcasting 24 hours a day across Willoughby, Lane Cove, North Sydney, Mosman and Ku-ring-gai.
Our annual radiothon is on, and we need your help to stay on air. Please donate today. Every contribution, big or small, goes directly to keeping FM 99.3 broadcasting.
Community radio doesn’t run on advertising the way commercial stations do. We rely on listener donations to cover transmitter costs, studio equipment, music licensing and the everyday expenses of a 24-hour station. Without you, the free airtime we offer local non-profits would disappear from the dial.
Thank you for your generosity. Together, we’ll keep Northside Radio a proud, independent voice for Sydney’s North Shore.
