Since 1991, Georgina Reed has been presenting jazz and soul music shows on Northside
Radio. In 2007, Peter March joined her as co-presenter, introducing Latin jazz to the
soulful mix.
You’ll hear current and classic releases of jazz, blues, soul, funk, reggae and world music
from both new and established Australian and international artists. A weekly gig guide
informs listeners about local gigs, often with free tickets available for our subscribers.
Soulscope features music rarely heard on other stations, giving lesser-known musicians
the opportunity for their music to be heard worldwide, because the show is streamed live,

Georgina was a night-club DJ from 1982 until 2010 where she gleaned her considerable
music knowledge and learnt how to program music. Since 1989, she’s been broadcasting
on community radio, taking great delight in delivering new and rarely heard music, along
with old gold classics from both the blues and soul genres for loyal Soulscope listeners.
